This year’s One STC Run, organized by St. Theresa’s College, Quezon City (STCQC) Class of 1993, is slated for November 26, 2017 (Sunday) at 5:00 am in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Dubbed One STC Run 2.0: A Family Fun Run with Duathlon and Kiddie Bike Race, this is the event’s second year to be organized by STCQC alumnae for Theresian families and friends.
One STC Run 2017 is for families who want to spend a health & fitness-centric morning together, serious athletes, and kids who want to exhibit their biking prowess.
The run is one of the fundraising activities of STCQC 1993 for its Homecoming on January 27, 2018 and for the class’ chosen beneficiaries: The Queen of Peace Convent, the retirement home of the Sisters of the Missionary Heart of Mary (ICM); the scholars of STC’s Sambayan Educational Fund, Inc. (SEFI); and the construction of the new senior high school building.

The Ateneo School of Government (ASoG) will hold a briefing on the first year of President Duterte’s administration titled Change Has Come? on Thursday, June 22, 2017, (1:30 pm to 4:30 pm) at the ground floor Ampitheater of Ateneo Professional Schools Building.
Apart from discussing President Duterte’s accomplishments and challenges on his first year in office, the event will also gather esteemed and highly-regarded scholars and practitioners from the field of political science and economics who will provide key knowledge and analyses on the country’s current and future political and economic realities.

Interested in the current research studies on voting patterns and voting behavior in the Philippines? A forum titled A Year After: Revisiting the 2016 Philippine Elections will gather representatives from the academe, government, business sector, civil society groups, and media to discuss these studies and provide analyses that are important in understanding the factors that influenced voting behavior and, consequently, the outcome of the 2016 elections.
Organized by the Ateneo School of Government, in partnership with the National Academy of Science and Technology and Young Public Servants, the forum will be held on May 12, 2017, from 1:00 to 4:30 PM, at the Escaler Hall, Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

ASES Manila hosts its first ever local career design conference for students in Manila from May 26-28, 2017. This 3-day bootcamp will be held in 3 venues at Launch Garage Innovation Hub on Day 1, Ateneo de Manila University on Day 2, and at Microsoft Philippines on Day 3.
Participants must be college freshmen and current college students in order to join. The design conference aims to develop college students to be the best designers, marketers, coders, and entrepreneurs of the future.

The Ateneo Art Gallery is now accepting nominations and entries for the 2017 Ateneo Art Awards in the following categories: Fernando Zobel Prizes for Visual Art and Purita Kalaw-Ledesma Prizes in Art Criticism.
Three winners will be chosen for the Fernando Zobel Prizes for Visual Art which is given to Filipino visual artists aged 36 and below for outstanding work in an exhibition held between 2 May of the previous year and 1 May of the current year. On the other hand, two winners will be chosen for the Purita Kalaw-Ledesma Prizes in Art Criticism which honors the memory of Purita Kalaw-Ledesma an art writer who authored several important books on Philippine Art History and who was also a key figure in the development of post-war Philippine art.
