Delve into the world of coffee at Starbucks Philippines‘ Coffee Appreciation Festival 2017 this coming Saturday and Sunday, June 10 and 11, 2017 (from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm) at Glorietta 2 Activity Center.
Starbucks has lined up a series of activities such as seminars, interactive displays and exhibits for coffee enthusiasts and event guests. To gain access, simply present your Philippine-issued Starbucks Card (only the first 1,000 customers to present the Starbucks Card may be accommodated per day).

Marvel at the amazing aerial photographs taken by on-board cameras of unmanned aerial vehicles (otherwise known as UAVs or drones) at the Drone Photography Exhibit in the 22nd Graphic Expo 2017 from June 1 to 3, 2017 at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia.
The exhibit will showcase some of our talented Filipino photographers’ unique images of landscapes and vistas, pre-selected by Drone Professional Photographers, Regie Fernando of Imagesmith Photography, Mario Babiera of Photosynthesis, Inc., Orlando Mercado of Wedding and Portrait Photographers of Calabarzon, Dodie Legaspi and Ian Santos of Zone V Camera Club.
A public workshop on Drone Tech and Photography, Aerial Photography and Drone Cinematography by cinematographer Kalki Jimenez, a licensed and certified Drone Pilot & Operator representing Drone PH, will be given during the exhibit.

In celebration of International Museum Day, the Lopez Museum and Library will offer free admission on Thursday, May 18, 2017, and Saturday, May 20, 2017. There will be thematic tours on Saturday, May 20, focusing on the current exhibition “Pauses of Possibility” and showcasing selected materials from the library collection in relation to the International Museum Day theme, Museums and contested histories: Saying the unspeakable in museums. The works of renowned visual artist Juvenal Sanso will be on exhibit at the Alliance Française de Manille Total Gallery from April 20 to May 26, 2017. The exhibit, named The Triumph of the Spirit: a healing inspired by the coast of Brittany, is presented by Alliance Française de Manille and Fundacion Sanso, in cooperation with the Embassy of France to the Philippines.
The exhibition will be opened by Ms. Gilda Socorro Salita, Director of Fundacion Sanso, in the presence of H.E. Thierry Mathou, French Ambassador to the Philippines. This year’s commemoration of the 70th year anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the Philippines and France serves as a fitting backdrop to The Triumph of the Spirit.
